Tasting Notes

Exotic Spices: A nose of orange zest, clove, aniseed & warm ginger cake/fruitcake. A mellow, lightly spiced orange and ginger led palate which retains a fruitcake-like quality with honey & vanilla balancing cinnamon  & clove. 5 *’s – Simon Difford, Class Magazine

Republica: Earthy green, vegetal dry flavours from the Cuban rum married with the rich, woody and sweeter Panama style. A hint of sweetness and a whiskey like smokiness.  Perfect in an Old Cuban cocktail.

Vendome:  Rounded complex nose, of honeyed fruit, raisins, and prunes.  Good toasty oak aromas well integrated.  Good honeyed raisin fruit on the palate with softness and velvety texture.  Complex and balanced.

Platinum:  Fresh and clean with hints of citrus and boiled sweets.  Complex and balanced with fresh clean raisin fruit and a good soft finish. The ultimate Daiquiri.
